Architect’s choice for home site
This location provides southern exposure to the back of the house, allows a walk out from the basement (you can see the crest where the land begins to drop off), and positions the house ideally between the homes on each side.

The trail entrance is accessible from the ‘back yard’ but is not easily seen unless you know it is there.

The driveway is shared with two other property owners. It goes straight for 625 feet, where our property is then straight ahead. The driveway then turns left 90° to continue to the other two properties.
